The POEA has drafted a SAMPLE Standard Employment Contract to give reference to the minimum labor standards it requires for the hiring of Filipino nationals overseas.
The template is not a form and must not be substituted with another contract upon arrival of the worker at the jobsite. This is a violation of Philippine laws and subject to appropriate penalties.
Employers may use their own contract templates provided, that all of the salient provisions of the contract are explicitly provided therein.
