  4. Photocopy of Permit to Stay/Work Permit
    • NOTE: If OFW has dual citizenship, please present a copy of the Oath of Allegiance
  5. Photocopy of Proof of Present Employment
    1. Latest INPS contribution (only Italy)
    2. Latest Busta Paga/Payslips
    3. POLO-verified Contract (outside Italy)

 

B. Process

  1. Proceed to OWWA WINDOW of the Philippine Embassy in Rome
  2. Present the requirements for review
  3. Payment of fees

C. Fees

        $25.00 in local currency, please inquire with OWWA for the current fees (based on monthly foreign exchange rates)
